ABOUT TOM

Hello there!


My name is Tom Reifsnyder.


I am the owner and head trainer of T/R Training LLC, a private personal training & strength and conditioning business located in Morris Plains, NJ (07950). 


I currently train clients of all ages and fitness levels in a fully furnished and temperature-controlled studio space next to my home. In addition to in-person training, I also offer online coaching services to fit your needs. 

Common goals for my clients include - but are not limited to - muscle gain, fat loss, increased strength, and athletic development.


As for my educational background, I have a master’s degree (M.S.) in Exercise Science from Montclair State University and maintain credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT).

CUSTOM ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM

Work with me online via your choice of email, phone call, and video as I answer any question you may have and collaborate with you to develop a training plan uniquely tailored to your goals, abilities, and history.

ONLINE COACHING

Work with me online via your choice of email, phone call, and video as we complete weekly check-ins on your training progress, body weight changes, and calorie intake to strive toward your goal(s). FYI, I DO NOT provide meal plans for clients - please contact a Registered Dietician for such a service.

ONLINE COACHING: TRAINING ONLY

Work with me online via your choice of email, phone call, and video as we complete weekly check-ins on your training progress to strive toward your goal(s).
